These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Futbalist mobile application and related services (the “App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the App. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The App signs you in automatically and does not require you to create an account with an email or password. You are responsible for the activity that takes place through your use of the App, including any display name, username, profile photo, and content you submit.
The App includes group chat and other social features that let you post messages, photos, reactions, and selections (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. There is no tolerance for objectionable, offensive, or illegal content, or for abusive users. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or that infringes any third party’s rights, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse other users.
We may remove any content and suspend or permanently remove any user who violates this policy, at our discretion and without notice.
You can report any message from another user (long-press the message → Report) and block any user (long-press their message → Block; manage blocked users in Settings → Blocked Users). We review reports and act on objectionable content — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and, where appropriate, removing the responsible user. Reported content and the associated user identifiers are processed for moderation purposes.
Match, fixture, lineup, and statistical data are provided by third-party data providers and are offered on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, and software (excluding User Content and third-party data), is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
